Hebat Badiee has been the lead Design/Build director serving Huntington Memorial Hospital since 2007 and has provided multi-OSHPD and non-OSHPD projects valued over 15 million dollars. Projects included but not limited to replacing centrifugal chiller, refinishing air handling units, replacing primary and secondary pumps, variable chilled water system, variable condenser water system, new energy management system, new motors, modification of patient rooms induction units, new lighting retrofit, chilled water system optimization and control, and new pressure independent control valves. These projects earned several hundreds of dollars grants/rebates, and helped the hospital save about two million dollars per year in utility bills. (Copyright Protected)
