Sustainable Energy Solutions for City of Livonia by Eco Green Vision in Southern California.

The City of Livonia hired Hebat's engineering company to perform the energy study and Investment grade audit for seventeen of the City own buildings and assisting them in hiring ESCO company to perform an energy performance contract. Hebat and his team of engineers designed the projects and provided the services required as an expert to the completion. The following is list of projects identified as a result of the IGA:

CITY HALL (NEW)

1. Remove existing constant reheat boxes, heating thermostat and heating coils serving the exterior room of the first floor.
2. Furnish and install new fan powered constant volume boxes with reheat coils and thermostat for heating as shown and as required.
3. Provide power to fan powered constant volume boxes including fractional HP switches with overloads. Provide 3/4" conduit only for heat sensors furnished by Honeywell.
4. Modify two (2) existing roof top air handlers and abandon existing main supply air ductwork above 5th floor ceiling.
5. Provide new fan sections, humidifier, and main supply air ductwork on roof with other general work as shown, specified and as required.
6. Demolition of electrical to roof top air handlers on roof. Provide new VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) for new supply fan to large unit; reconnect new fan motors to existing circuit conductors. Provide power to new humidifiers including disconnects, conduit, wire, etc.

CITY HALL ANNEX (ORIGINAL)

1. Remove existing fan coil units, air handler, and all related piping.
2. Furnish and install new fan coil units, air handler with humidifier, chiller, piping, and ductwork modifications as noted on drawings and as required.
3. Upon removing fan coil units, fill outside wall openings with insulation and brick to match existing.
4. Remove existing boiler, piping, pumps, etc., as shown and as required.
5. Furnish and install three (3) new boilers, pumps, expansion tank, piping, etc., as shown and as required.
6. Install new hot water unit heater in the existing boiler room.

EDDIE EDGAR ICE ARENA

1. Remove existing boiler and pump.
2. Furnish and install two (2) new boilers and two (2) new pumps, etc. as shown and as required.
3. Remove existing hot water wall heaters in locker rooms and main lobby.
4. Furnish and install new hot water wall heaters in team's locker rooms and unit ventilators in lobby.
5. Demo existing electrical relating to new work. Provide power to new boilers and pumps, also power new wall unit heaters and unit ventilators. Include all starters, disconnects, conduit and wire, etc. as required.

WATER & SEWER BUILDING

1. Remove existing through the wall air conditioning units and up flow furnace.
2. Furnish and install new up-flow furnace with DX cooling coil and condensing unit, including ductwork, piping, support, etc., as shown and as required.
3. Provide sprinkler heads, piping, etc., as shown on the drawings.
4. Demolition of electrical to wall units being removed.
5. Provide power to new condensing unit, include starters/disconnects, conduit and wire.
6. Reconnect the new furnace unit to existing electrical circuit conductors.

COURT HOUSE

1. Remove existing roof top cooling only air conditioning unit.
2. Furnish and install new roof top cooling only air conditioning unit as shown and as required.
3. Reconnect existing control points to existing EMS as required.
4. Demolition to electrical to roof top unit. Provide conduit and wire to new roof top unit and reconnect to existing power circuit.
5. Provide additional heating in two (2) judges’ offices and library room, including ductwork, piping, supports, electrical, etc., as shown and as required.

POLICE HEADQUARTERS

1. Remove existing chiller evaporator and associated condenser, pumps and supports.
2. Furnish and install air cooled water chiller and pumps with all associated piping, etc. Cap off underground pipes flush with floor and walls.
3. Demolition of electrical related to chiller and pumps being replaced. Reconnect new pumps to existing electrical circuit conductors, modify as required. Provide heat tapes, conduit, wire, etc. as required and reuse the existing condenser disconnect for new air-cooled chiller.
